There was great excitement in the P6/7 room in Creavery PS, when one of our P6 boys, Zach, was chosen to officially open the new water treatment works at Creavery.
After weeks of major work on the Creavery Road, and outside our school, representatives from NI Water and Farrans Construction, visited us for the Opening Ceremony.
Sarah, from Farrans Construction, spoke to the P6/7 pupils about the exciting employment opportunities within this Belfast based company, especially for boys and girls who enjoy STEM subjects.
Thankyou to Terry Madill, from NI Water, who arranged the visit and for the water bottles that every child received.
