Ryan, Assistant Manager, and Hollie, Cashier, from Danske Bank, Ballymena, visited Creavery pupils as part of the school's Money Week activities. The children participated in everyday challenges regarding money, such as budgeting, household bills and savings. They learned about the role of a bank within our community and the services that it offers such as mortgages, loans, savings accounts and providing foreign currency.
Ryan was especially impressed by the knowledge that Creavery children had on these matters, and the depth of questions that were posed by them. He encouraged our children to think about a career in banking- and to speak to him when it comes the time to make career choices! Well done Creavery!!
